BRODIE NATHAN

Director & Acredited Exercise Physiologist

HIDDEN

Brodie is the Owner and Director of Move Exercise Physiology, leading the team across Move’s Gawler and Tanunda clinics. Alongside managing the business, he continues to work clinically with clients, with a particular interest in neurological conditions, mental health, chronic pain management, musculoskeletal rehabilitation and youth development.

Outside of the clinic, Brodie has recently developed a passion for running, progressing from half marathons through to ultramarathons, with the long-term goal of completing Ironman events. He has also played basketball for most of his life with the Central District Lions and has experience competing at elite levels. His own experience in competitive sport and structured, long-term training strongly influences the way he supports and coaches clients through their exercise programs.

Brodie enjoys working with a diverse range of people and helping them achieve meaningful, individualised health and wellbeing goals. Away from work, he enjoys regular gym training, gaming, travelling and spending quality time with his wife and their golden retriever, Nala.

SHANNON COLBOURNE

Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Shannon is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a strong passion for empowering women to take control of their health at every stage of life. With specialised training and additional qualifications in women’s health, Shannon focuses on helping women navigate the unique challenges they face during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond.

Having completed advanced studies and additional qualifications in women’s health, Shannon is equipped with the latest knowledge and evidence-based techniques to support clients through their fitness journeys. By working closely with women, Shannon creates personalised exercise programs that are designed to meet individual needs, improve strength, and enhance overall wellness during and after pregnancy.

Shannon is dedicated to guiding women through every phase of life, offering the support needed to move confidently in their bodies and feel their best. Whether expecting, recovering, or looking to maintain overall health, Shannon is experienced to assist at every step of the journey.

You’ll find Shannon helping with group classes and working one-on-one with clients. She enjoys sharing stories, having a laugh and supporting client’s to achieve their movement goals.

In her spare time, Shannon enjoys spending time with her two sons Oaklen and Bodhi, husband Josh, and playing with her Cavoodle Ziggy.

EMILY SCUTTER

Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Emily joined the team after graduating with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Honours) from the University of South Australia in 2021. She developed a passion for movement through her involvement in a variety of sports, including gymnastics, swimming, netball, rowing, and athletics. These experiences inspired her to help others live healthier lifestyles through the implementation of individualised exercise interventions.

Emily previously worked at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital, where she conducted exercise and breathing tests within the Department of Respiratory and Sleep Medicine. Through this role, she developed a strong interest in respiratory conditions and paediatrics, alongside musculoskeletal rehabilitation, oncology and hydrotherapy.

Emily believes in educating people on the importance of exercise and developing strong foundational movement patterns. She is committed to building meaningful relationships with her clients, supporting them throughout their health and fitness journeys in a safe, positive, and encouraging environment.

Outside of work, Emily is also a women’s gymnastics coach, working with the Level 5 competition squad at Tea Tree Gully Gymsports. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, as well as her two chocolate Labradors, Poppy and Lola.

Clinical areas of interest: Supporting adolescent and young women, particularly those involved in gymnastics or experiencing hypermobility, as well as those navigating disabilities within the NDIS.

Oncology and neurological conditions including stroke, Parkinson’s disease, MS and TBI.

TASMA WELLS-SIDLER

Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Tasma joined the Move team at the beginning of 2023 after graduating with a Clinical Exercise Physiology (Honours) degree. She has always had a strong interest in sport and the role movement plays in rehabilitation and long-term health.

Having grown up in the Barossa, Tasma has a deep appreciation for the country lifestyle and the strong sense of community within the region. She is passionate about supporting individuals who may be struggling by using exercise and physical activity as tools for education, empowerment, and improved quality of life.

Tasma is open to working with individuals across a wide range of conditions, with a particular interest in musculoskeletal injuries, including soft tissue concerns and joint and bone health. She also has a strong interest in supporting clients with autonomic dysfunctions such as POTS, as well as neurological conditions. Tasma looks forward to getting to know new clients and supporting them in achieving their individual health and wellbeing goals.

Tasma takes a client-centered, supportive approach, placing strong emphasis on education, empowerment, and building long-term habits. By working collaboratively and prioritising clear communication, she aims to create a positive and encouraging environment where clients feel confident, informed, and motivated throughout their health journey.

Outside of work, Tasma is most likely lacing up her runners in preparation for her next marathon. When she’s not training, you’ll find her hiking trails, playing hockey, heading off on camping adventures, or spending time with her friends, family, and dogs.

KYLE THOROGOOD

Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Kyle is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with extensive experience supporting clients recovering from workplace injuries and motor vehicle accidents through rehabilitation and return-to-work programs. He also has experience working with DVA clients and male NDIS participants, helping them build capacity, improve functional independence, and achieve their individual goals.

With a strong understanding of exercise prescription, functional capacity, and workplace demands, he focuses on designing evidence-based rehabilitation programs that restore strength, mobility, and confidence.

Kyle has built a career centered on helping individuals safely regain function, confidence, and independence following injury or illness.

Kyle enjoys working with diverse client presentations and is committed to delivering evidence-based exercise prescription tailored to each individual’s goals, work demands, and rehabilitation needs.

Outside the clinic, Kyle enjoys playing football, training at the gym, and participating in local basketball, cricket, and running activities.

REBEKAH HARRIS

Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Rebekah joined the move team after graduating from the University of South Australia with Bachelors of Exercise Physiology (Honours) at the end of 2024. She gained the passion after leaving high school to help people to live happy and healthy lives through the treatment of movement.

Her honours research focused on post bariatric surgery care and how exercise can improve health and weight loss related outcomes for clients. Various other experiences through placement included working with a wide range of health conditions such as cardiovascular, metabolic and respiratory.

Rebekah has a passion for helping clients within the paediatric and women’s health populations, to provide them with a safe and understanding space to be physically active and improve health outcomes. Her warm and welcoming personality makes her clients feel comfortable and understood, helping to facilitate successful client centered care for positive health outcomes.

Outside of work you will likely find Rebekah in the gym, playing netball, or spending time with family and friends.

ROBYN COLLINS

Robyn joined Move Exercise Physiology in early 2021 with her passion for quality customer service. Her many years of experience and welcoming attitude makes her an asset to the team. Her warm smile and bright, bubbly personality makes each client feel welcomed and comfortable as they enter the clinic.

Robyn lives locally with her husband Paul, and daughters Krystal and Ashleigh. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, great coffee, watching her girls play netball and relaxing on the Murray River.

ASHLEIGH COLLINS

Ashleigh recently joined our team as an Administrative Assistant, bringing a positive attitude and strong organisational skills to the role. Outside of work, she enjoys singing and is preparing to begin her studies in midwifery—a field she’s passionate about.

A fun fact about Ashleigh: she shares her birthday with Santa Claus, being born on December 25th! We’re excited to have her as part of the team.
